Jordan Farquharson
ACMG Certified Mountain Guide
IFMGA Certified Mountain Guide
Based in Invermere, B.C.
Jordan has been living in Invermere for well over a decade. He has found the Columbia Valley to be an ideal location to call home while exploring the beautiful local mountains and raising his 2 young boys with his wife Paula. Jordan has a long history working in the ski industry, starting as a ski patroller and avalanche forecaster followed by nearly a decade of ski guiding with local heliski, catski and ski touring operators. Jordan pursues climbing as his main form of recreation. He loves to guide people on new and exciting routes, teach technical skills or just experience the joys of climbing with a new climber.
Nathan Koss
ACMG Certified Ski Guide
ACMG Certified Apprentice Alpine Guide
Nate was born and raised in the Invermere area, and has spent a lifetime exploring the mountains locally and throughout western Canada. Initially a skier at heart, once he discovered climbing there was no turning back, and he is now guiding year-round in all disciplines. Nate loves sharing all that our local mountains have to offer in every season; there’s no such thing as the off-season in the Columbia Valley! From big alpine days to learning basic knots, any day in the mountains is great according to Nate. When not guiding he enjoys relaxing in the valley with his wife and son.
